A word from the doctor
I would like to welcome you to my website. Have you ever sat in a doctor's office and had the "pleasure" of waiting for an hour or even more for you or your child's appointment? Did this thought ever cross your mind-"My time is important too!" No one enjoys wasting time in a doctor's office and it's certainly not a pleasant experience, is it? Well, trust me. I empathize with your feelings. That's why I do my best to run my office differently. As an ENT and facial plastics specialist, it is my goal to provide not only the best medical and surgical care, but also do it in an efficient manner. I would like to get you in my office, listen to your story, diagnose the problem and then treat your problem appropriately, whether it's medical or surgical and finally get you out in a timely fashion. If you review some of my former patients' comments, I think they would agree that more often than not, this does happen in my office. I can promise you that I won't recommend unnecessary surgeries, I won't overbook multiple patients at the same time, and I won't treat you in a disrespectful manner. I want to treat you just like how I would like to be treated when I go to another doctor's office. Sadly, this is really hard to come by these days, especially for a specialist. At the same time, I would also expect that you treat our office the same way. I would ask that you have a common courtesy to give us a call in advance if you have to reschedule your appointment or your procedures.
